
材料:
肉碎 - 200克
长豆 - 300克 (切成1寸长)
蒜茸 - 1/2汤匙
小辣椒 - 3条 (切碎)
调味:
味精,盐 少许
做法:
起油锅,把蒜茸,辣椒茸炒出香味。
加入长豆炒到颜色变得更翠绿。
加入肉碎,把肉碎炒散。
继续翻炒至长豆熟了,就可以下少许调味,翻炒均匀即可。
小明小贴士:
如果担心火候控制不好把肉炒老了而长豆不熟。
可以预先把长豆烫熟,沥干备用。
当肉碎炒到快熟时候就把长豆和调味加入,翻炒片刻即可。

Minced Pork - 200gm
Long Beans - 300gm (cut into 1 inch long)
Chopped garlic - 1/2tbsp
Chilli Padi - 3pcs (chopped finely)
Seasonings:
MSG, Salt - a pinch
Method:
Heat up a little oil, stir fry garlic and chilli till fragrance.
Add in long bean and fry till it changes to bright green colour.
Add in minced pork and continue to toss and mix well.
Add in seasonings when long beans are cooked. Mix well and serve immediately.
Small Ming's Tips:
If you worry overcooking the minced pork yet the long bean is still not fully cooked.
you may blanch the long beans, drain away the water.
Add in the cooked long beans and seasonings when the pork is almost cooked. Toss well and serve.
