
材料:
金针菇 - 4包 (切除尾部;分成丝备用)
炸鸡粉 - 1/2包
水 - 适量
做法:
将适量的水加入炸鸡粉里头,伴均匀。
把金针菇拌入沾上面糊。
把油烧热,将金针菇散散放入油锅里炸至金黄香脆即可。
*吃的时候可以净吃,也可以沾辣椒酱来吃。
小明小贴士:
调制面糊时,用手盛起一部分,如果面糊像滴水一般即可。
否则就视浓稠度再加入适量的水或炸鸡粉。

Method:
Mix the powder with water until you get a batter.
Add in the mushroom and mix well.
Heat up the oil for deep frying; gently add in the mushroom and deep fry until golden colour or crispy texture.
* you may eat it by itself or eat with chilli sauce dips.
Small Ming's Tip:
To get the correct consistency of the batter required, hold a portion of the batter in your hand, see if it drips like droplet of water, else add in additional water or powder till you get the correct batter.
