回锅豉香 Saucy Porky


材料:

猪肉 (带点脂肪比较好吃) 300克 (烫7分熟,切片备用)
豆豉 1/2汤匙
辣椒丝 / 大蒜片 - 各适量
芡粉水 - 少许

调味:

味精,盐 - 各少许
老抽 - 少许
水 - 少许 (可用煮猪肉的水)

做法:

用少许热油把豆豉,辣椒和大蒜炒出香味。
加入肉片和调味汁拌炒均匀。
最后勾芡即可。

Ingredients:

Pork (with small amount of fats) - 300gm (cook in boiling water; sliced thinly, set aside)
Preserved Black Beans - 1/2 tbsp
Chilli shreds / Leeks slices - a handful
Potato Starch water mixture - for thickening the sauce

Seasonings:

MSG / Salt - to taste
Dark Soy sauce - a little
Water - a little

Method:

Fry the black beans, chilli and leek with a dash of oil until fragrance.
Toss in the pork slices and seasonings.
Thicken the sauce and serve immediately.
