材料:冷冻云吞 1盒
芫荽 - 点缀用
酸辣酱: (预先伴均匀;可随个人口味增减配料的比例)
泰式辣椒酱 - 1碗
姜花 - 1/2朵 (切碎)
小葱头碎 - 2汤匙
小辣椒碎 - 1茶匙
泰国蒜头碎 - 1汤匙
泰国柠檬汁 - 适量
做法:
把云吞烫熟,沥干水分后摆上盘。
将酸辣酱淋上,用芫荽点缀即可。
小明小贴士:
这道菜要趁热吃才好吃。所以酱料先调好,云吞要吃时才下水烫。

Coriander - for decorations
Sauce: (mixed well and set aside)
Thai Chilli Sauce - 1 bowl
Ginger flower - 1/2 buld (chopped finely)
Chopped Shallot - 2 tbsp
Chopped Chilli padi - 1tsp
Chopped Thai Garlic - 2 tbsp
Thai Lemon Juice - to taste
Method:
Boil the wonton until cooked; drain away the water and put onto plate.
Pour the sauce over and decorate with coriander.
Small Ming's Tip:
This dish is best eaten warm. so it is better to premix the sauce, cook the wonton when you ready to eat, then combine them and enjoy good food.
