椰花飘香 / Stir Fry Cauli Broc


材料:

青椰菜 1 棵 (切块;烫/蒸熟备用)
白椰菜 1/2棵 (切块;烫/蒸熟备用)
虾仁 100克
鸡汤 适量

调味:

味精/盐/胡椒粉 各少许
米醋 1/4茶匙
芡粉水 少许

做法:

用少许鸡汤把虾仁煮熟后,加入菜花及调味料。
煮滚后勾芡即可。

Ingredients:

Broccoli 1 stalk (cut into smaller pieces; cook/steam till tender)
Cauliflower 1/2 stalk (cut into smaller pieces; cook/steam till tender)
Prawn 100gm
Chicken Stock soup

Seasonings:

MSG/Salt/White pepper powder - to taste
Rice vinegar 1/4 tsp
Potato starch powder water mixture (to thicken the gravy)

Method:

Boil the chicken soup and add in the prawn.
Add in the vegetables and seasoning and bring it to a second boil.
Thicken the stock and serve immediately.
