
材料:
水晶凤梨 - 1 个(切小块)
斋鲍鱼 - 1 罐
小辣椒 - 2条(切碎)
清水 - 1杯
油 - 2汤匙
调味:
味精/盐 - 少许
糖 - 少许(可以不加)
做法:
起油锅把油加热后,加入凤梨煸炒片刻。
倒入斋鲍鱼和小辣椒;翻炒均匀。
加入清水,继续焖至凤梨软。
下调味翻炒均匀后即可。
小明小贴士:
由于是素食,所以今天没有加蒜头。所以加了少许小辣椒来提香味,也能起到中和味道的作用。

Sarawak Pineapple - 1 pc ( cut into mouth-bite size)
Mock Abalone - 1 can
Small Chilli - 2 pcs (chopped finely)
Water - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Seasonings:
MSG/Salt - to taste
Sugar - to taste (optional)
Method:
Heat up the wok, add oil.
When oil is hot, fry the pineapple before you add in the mock abalone; toss well.
Add in water and continue to simmer till pineapple is soft.
Add in seasoning, mix well and serve.
Small Ming's Tip:
No garlic added to this dish as i am making it a vegetarian version, so i added chilli instead, which not only enhance the flavour but also blend in the flavours too.
