一品锅 (素食) Prosperity Pot (Vegetarian)


材料:

白萝卜 - 1条 (小型,去皮切块)
津白菜 - 10片 (切小块)
炸豆皮 - 40小片 (可随意增减)
黑/白木耳 - 各少许(泡软,掰成小片)
金针花 - 50克 (去硬端,打结,泡软备用)
罐头玉米段 - 1罐
罐头蘑菇 - 1罐
枸杞子 - 少许 (泡软备用)
姜片 - 4 片
清水 - 1-2杯

调味:

蘑菇精粉 - 少许
金兰油膏 / 糖 - 适量

做法:

起油锅把少许油加热,把姜片煎出香味。
将材料逐一加入翻炒均匀。
加入清水和调味继续焖煮到白萝卜软了即可。
可以选择勾芡或不勾芡也行。

以上材料可以随意增减或更换。开心就好!哈哈。。。

Ingredients:

Radish - 1 pc (small size, remove skin and cut into mouth bite size)
Long Cabbage - 10 leaves (cut into smaller size)
Deep fried bean curd skin - 40 small pcs
Black / White fungus - a little each (soak well, tear to small bits)
Dried Lily Bulbs - 50gm (remove the hard tip, tie into a knot, soak well)
Canned baby corn - 1 can
Canned button mushroom - 1 can
Ginger slices - 4
Water - 1-2 cups

Seasoning:

Mushroom powder - to taste
Kim Lan Sauce / Sugar - to taste

Method:

Heat up the wok, add some oil. fry the ginger till fragrance.
Add in the other vegetables and toss them well.
Add in water and seasoning, simmer till the radish is soft/tender.
Thicken the grave if you wish to, else serve immediately.

Small Ming's Tip:

This variation, you can add/reduce, mix and match any ingredients you fancy. Enjoy cooking ! :)
