我虽然会煮很多菜可是有时候也会遇到瓶颈的时刻。我也是普通人好不好?我又不是神!哈哈哈。。。
所以我都会不时提醒自己,只要是爱心料理,就是他们喜欢的幸福料理。
今天就教你2道简单的幸福料理。
可乐鸡翅 + 肉碎豆腐 Cola Chicken Wing + Tender Bean curd with Minced Pork
材料:
鸡翅膀 - 10只 (在关节处切开,1分为2;用少许生分,老抽,胡椒粉,鸡精粉腌40分钟)
可乐 - 1罐
小洋葱 - 5个 (去皮,切半)
姜茸 - 1茶匙
调味:
鸡精粉 - 少许
老抽 - 少许 (看菜肴的颜色,可以不加)
做法:
起油锅,把鸡翅膀略为煎一下。盛起备用。
用一点油把姜茸/小洋葱炒香。
把鸡翅膀回锅翻炒。
倒入可乐,继续把鸡翅膀焖软。
试味道,根据个人口味来加调味和老抽即可。
小明小贴士:
可乐会蒸发而变浓稠,小心不要煮烧焦。

Ingredients:
Chicken Wing - 10pcs (cut into halves at the joint, marinate 40mins with potato starch powder, dark soy sauce, white pepper powder and chicken stock powder)
Cola - 1 can
Shallot - 5 pcs (remove skin, cut into halves)
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Seasonings:
Chicken Stock Powder - to taste
Dark Soy Sauce - to taste, optional
Method:
Pan fry the chicken wing until brown. Set aside.
Pan fry the shallot and chopped ginger with a bit of oil, till fragrance.
Add in chicken wing and cola.
Simmer till the chicken wing is tender.
Taste the gravy, add seasoning according to your taste.
Serve immediately.
Small Ming's Tips:
The cola will evaporate during the cooking process, be cautious not to cook until the dish is burnt at the bottom of the pot.

嫩豆腐 - 1盒
猪肉碎 - 100克
姜茸 - 1茶匙
葱花 - 1汤匙
调味:
金兰油膏 - 2-3汤匙
水 - 2汤匙
胡椒粉 - 少许
麻油 - 少许
做法:

起油锅,把姜茸炒香,加入猪肉碎一起炒散。
加入调味炒均匀后,把猪肉碎淋在豆腐上。
撒上葱花即可。
小明小贴士:
豆腐没再经过烹调,所以务必要确保卫生哦。如果肠胃比较弱,不妨把豆腐一起跟肉碎一起炒,虽然没那么好看,但也同样美味而且吃得也安心。

Tender Bean Curd - 1 tub
Minced Pork - 100gm
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped Spring Onion - 1 tbsp
Seasonings:
Kim Lan Dark Soy Sauce - 2-3 tbsp
Water - 2tbsp
White pepper powder - a dash
Sesame oil - a dash
Method:
Pan fry the ginger with a bit of oil until fragrance.
Add in minced pork and toss well, to break up the meat into bits.
Add in seasonings and toss well, scoop up the meat and put on top of the bean curd.
Sprinkle the chopped spring onions and serve immediately.
Small Ming's Tips:
As no cooking process for the bean curd in this recipe, so please make sure proper kitchen hygiene is maintained. If you do have a weaker stomach, then i will suggest you to cook the bean curd with the minced pork together; it may not look presentable, but it can assure you a happy tummy after meal.
