我喜欢接近中午时间去巴刹走走,因为很多小贩都在开始收摊了,东西有时候也会便宜卖。
尤其是烧肉/叉烧,aunty有时候会给我比平时多一点的分量哈哈哈。。。而且也很慷慨的给我很多我喜欢的叉烧汁!
有时候做人不要太计较,人家也会懂怎么做人的。哈哈。。好像在买烧肉时,头头尾尾很多人不喜欢买,就会剩很多啊。。反正我是用来炒菜给家人吃的,所以我就不介意买。除了分量会给多以外,也可以帮aunty清一点货,让她开心一点。她帮我省钱,我帮她清货,大家不是开心很多吗?哈哈哈。。。。
干煸烧肉 Pan fry Crispy Roast Pork with Garlic
材料:
烧肉 $3-$5 (切小块)
蒜头 - 5个 (去皮,拍扁)
小辣椒 - 1条(切碎)
青葱 - 5-6根(切丝)
调味:
老抽/白糖 - 各少许
做法:
起油锅把烧肉煎到香香脆脆的,把锅里多出来的油倒起来,可以用在其它菜肴的烹调。
把蒜头/辣椒加入继续炒出香味。
加入调味和葱丝,拌炒均匀即可。

蒜头含有大蒜素,是天然的杀菌素,吃蒜头也有减缓心血管疾病的疗效。

Ingredients:
Roast pork - $3-$5 (cut into small pieces)
Garlic - 5 pcs ( remove skin, flatten slightly)
Small Chilli - 1 pc (chopped finely)
Spring onion - 5-6 pcs (cut into shreds)
Seasonings:
Dark Soy Sauce / Sugar - to taste
Method:
Greased the pan lightly, pan fry the roast pork till crispy. Remove the excess oil, keep for other hot dishes.
Add in garlic/chilli and fry until fragrance.
Add in seasonings/spring onion, toss well and serve.
Small Ming's Tips:
Garlic has natural antibacterial agent and consuming it can also help to reduce any blood circulation problems.

清炒莲藕 Stir Fry Lotus Roots with Condiments
材料:
莲藕 - 1节 (切片后泡在淡醋水里备用,可以预防变黑)
木耳 - 1朵 (泡软,掰成小片)
白果 - 10个
红萝卜- 3-5片
葱白 - 3根
姜 - 2片
调味:
鸡精粉/麻油 - 各少许
做法:
起油锅把姜片/葱白炒香。
加入其它材料一起炒熟(可加少许清水)
试味道,加调味料后,拌炒均匀即可。
小明小贴士:
莲藕含有丰富食物纤维,吃了可以帮助肠胃蠕动,排便排毒的效果。也含有铁和钙等微量元素。莲藕可以生吃,搅汁,凉拌或炖汤都可以。

Ingredients:
Lotus Root - 1 segment (cut into slices; soak in very diluted rice vinegar water mixture to prevent it from turning black in colour)
Black fungus - 1 pc (soak in water till soft, tear into smaller pieces)
Ginkgo nuts - 10 pcs
Carrot - 3-5 slices
Spring Onion - 3 pcs (only use the white portion)
Ginger - 2 slices
Seasonings:
Chicken stock powder / Sesame oil - to taste
Method:
Greased the pan and fry the ginger/spring onion till fragrance.
Add in the other ingredients and fry till almost cook (add a dash of water if required)
Taste the food, adjust the seasonings to it.
Toss well and serve.
Small Ming's Tips:
Lotus roots contain edible fiber which after consume, will aids in digestion and promote bowel movement. Contain traces of iron and calcium too. It can be eaten raw, juice it, to make salad or even use to boil soup too.
