惹味鸡柳条 / Spicy Chicken Strips

今天的照片有点牛头不对马嘴噢?
不是要做鸡肉的料理吗?怎么是蒸鱼酱的照片啊?
哈哈。。。这个料理就是要结合鸡肉和蒸鱼酱啦!

那天有美女给我这个方便酱,就决定用来做个小菜。效果不错哦!
简单方便又省时!式一式啦!几开胃一下的窩!!哈哈哈哈哈。。。。


材料:

鸡腿肉 - 500克 (切成粗条;用少许生粉/鸡精粉腌40分钟)
Woh Hup娘惹蒸鱼酱 - 1 包
香茅 - 1/2棵 (磨成泥)
浓椰浆 - 1/2杯
泰国柠檬叶 - 2片 (切成丝,点缀用)

做法:

将鸡肉条炸熟;捞起沥干油。
用少许油把香茅泥炒香,加入娘惹蒸鱼酱和椰浆伴均匀。
加入鸡肉条翻炒均匀即可盛在盘子上。
撒上柠檬叶丝即可。

小明小贴士:

如果喜欢辣一点,可以加入1条小辣椒,剁碎,和香茅泥一起炒香。
也可以用猪肉片取代鸡肉哦。

Ingredients:

Chicken drumstick meat - 500gm (cut into thick strips; marinate 40mins with a bit of potato starch powder and chicken stock powder)
Woh Hup Nonya Steam Fish Sauce - 1 pkt
Lemon grass - 1/2 stalk (grind to paste)
Thick Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup
Kaffir Leaves - 2 (cut into thin shreds)

Method:

Deep fry the chicken strips till crispy; drain away the oil well.
Fry the lemon grass paste, add in Nonya Fish sauce and coconut milk.
Add in chicken strips and mix well.
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle the kaffir shreds on top and serve immediately.

Small Ming's Tip:

Add a small chilli (chopped) when frying the lemon grass paste if you prefer a spicier kick on the taste bud !
You may substitute chicken with pork slices if you like it that way too.
