惹味蒸豆腐 / Spicy Steamed Soft Beancurd


哎哟怎么又是这一张照片啊?
哈哈。。因为我要跟你分享如何用一种方便酱,来做两种不同的料理啊。
绝对超值划算!哈哈哈哈哈。。。。。

材料:

嫩豆腐 - 2盒 (压成泥)
Woh Hup娘惹蒸鱼酱 - 1包
鸡蛋白 - 1-2个(看大小)
泰国柠檬叶 - 1-2片 (切丝)
九层塔 - 1小把 (掰小段)

做法:

先将九层塔摆在蒸盘来垫底。
然后把其他材料伴均匀,倒入蒸盘;抹平后隔水蒸熟即可。

小明小贴士:

不要做得太厚,因为中间不容易熟,就必须花更多时间和煤气来蒸熟它。

Ingredients:

Silken Tofu - 2 tub (pressed into paste)
Woh Hup Nonya Steam Fish Sauce - 1 pkt
Egg white - 1-2 (depend on size)
Kaffir leaves - 1-2 pcs (cut into thin shreds)
Sweet basil leaves - small handful (pluck into smaller length)

Method:

Lay the sweet basil leaves on the bottom of the dish used for steaming.
Mix the other ingredients well and pour into the dish.
Smoothen the top. Steam till cook.

Small Ming's Tip:

Do not make the paste too thick in height as you may need more time/gas to cook the middle portion.
